Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Operator OS website at os.lateefbabatunde.com, related landing pages, lead magnets, email nurture, and the paid Operator Sprint offer operated by Lateef Babatunde ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the site, submitting a form, booking a session, or purchasing the Operator Sprint, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

Operator OS is Lateef Babatunde's personal brand and coaching product line for people who want to build with AI operators and agent workflows. These Terms cover Operator OS Brand properties, not unrelated Tugar Tech client work unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

2. What the Services include

  • The Operator OS hub and persona landing pages
  • Free educational guides and lead magnets when available
  • Email nurture sequences you opt into
  • The paid Operator Sprint (three live 1:1 sessions over about 21 days, priced at $497 USD)
  • Booking and payment through GoHighLevel and Stripe
  • Optional buyer community access on Skool by invite when offered

There is no public free discovery-call calendar for Operator OS Brand. The only Sprint booking calendar is the paid Session 1 link: book Operator Sprint Session 1.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you book or pay on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

4. Operator Sprint purchase

When you book and pay for the Operator Sprint:

  • Price is $497 USD unless a written offer from us states otherwise
  • Payment is collected through Stripe via the GoHighLevel booking widget
  • You receive Session 1 confirmation details by email after a successful payment and booking
  • You are responsible for showing up on time, completing pre-work we send, and bringing a real project to build

Sprint promise (public): ship one working AI build in about 21 days across three live sessions. Guarantee language on the live offer page controls if there is any conflict with older materials.

5. Free guides and email

Free guides and nurture emails are educational. They are not a substitute for the paid Sprint. Download links work only when published; some hub placeholders may be updated over time. We may change or remove free materials without notice.

6. Skool and community

Skool (Hobby or other tier) for Operator OS buyers is invite only when offered. Do not expect a public join link on free pages. Community rules inside Skool also apply. We may revoke community access for abuse or Terms violations.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse forms, booking, or messaging systems (spam, harassment, fraud)
  • Scrape, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to the hub or our accounts
  • Share paid Sprint session recordings or private buyer materials without permission
  • Impersonate Lateef or Operator OS
  • Use our content to build a competing public course by copying it wholesale

8. Intellectual property

Hub copy, guides, frameworks, session materials, branding, and Operator OS trademarks remain ours or our licensors'. Buying the Sprint gives you a personal license to use the materials for your own projects. It does not transfer ownership. Your project work product stays yours.

9. Results disclaimer

AI tools and workflows change quickly. We do not guarantee income, audience growth, or any specific business outcome. Coaching quality and session delivery are the core of the Sprint; results depend on your effort, tools, and context.

10. Refunds and rescheduling

Refund and reschedule rules follow what is stated on the live booking or offer page at the time of purchase, plus any written confirmation email we send. If nothing more specific is stated, contact [email protected] and we will handle requests reasonably and in good faith. Chargebacks without first contacting us may result in loss of remaining session access.

11. Third-party tools

We rely on GoHighLevel, Stripe, Meta (Instagram/Facebook when connected), email providers, and optionally Skool. Their outages or policy changes are outside our full control. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim related to Operator OS is limited to the amount you paid us for the Operator Sprint in the 12 months before the claim, or $497 USD, whichever applies to your purchase.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold Lateef Babatunde / Operator OS harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your project outputs, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last Updated" date. We may suspend access for violations, abuse, or non-payment. Surviving sections include intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
