Operator Sprint
Three live 1:1 sessions. You build it on your screen with Claude Pro and VS Code. Your agent runs end to end by call 3, or we keep meeting free until it does.
3 live 90-minute 1:1 sessions - 21 days - your agent ships by call 3, or sessions extended free until it ships
Bonus: Access to AI Operator OS on Skool.
Sound familiar?
Every follow-up, every proposal, every "quick question" lands on you.
You've watched the tutorials and sat through the free AI webinars. You left with notes, not an agent.
You tried Zapier or Make. It worked for a while, then something broke and you couldn't fix it.
You use ChatGPT to draft things, then rewrite them because they don't sound like you.
You also don't want an AI agent talking to your customers in a way you wouldn't.
The shift
A chatbot sits there until you ask it something. Then you copy, paste and fix.
An agent works more like a teammate. It has one job, the inputs it needs, the steps to follow, the tools it's allowed to touch, and a clear list of things it has to check with you first.
You stay the decision-maker. The agent does the legwork.
Process first
The tool usually isn't the issue.
The work was never written down. So the agent is guessing at a process that only lives in your head.
I've spent 13+ years mapping business processes before changing them. That's where we start.
We map how the work happens today. Then we give your agent a job description: what it does, which tools it touches, and what it has to check with you before anything goes out.
Done with you, not done for you. You own all of it. No black box.
The difference
Free workshops are a good way to see what's possible. You watch an agent get built for someone else's example, alongside a crowd, and then you're on your own.
The Sprint is the other half. Three private calls. Your business, your tools, your voice. You leave with a finished agent built for one real job in your business, and the rulebook to run it.
Examples
Each Sprint ships ONE agent. You pick it in call 1.
What's included
One Sprint. Clear deliverables. Nothing padded.
You own all of it. No black box.
Included
These come with your Sprint. They are not sold separately.
How it works
Diagnose, build, ship. Same three calls every Sprint.
Week 1: Diagnose and pick
We look at where your week goes, pick the one job worth handing to an agent first, set up your Claude Code / coding agent stack in VS Code, and write the rules your agent works by.
You leave with: a written scope, a ready stack, and your agent's rulebook.
Between calls: you keep working on your own agent.
Week 2: Build together
We build your agent live on your screen. You make the calls on how your business works. I guide the build.
You leave with: a working v1 of your agent.
Between calls: you keep running it on real work and note what breaks.
Week 3: Ship and extend
We put your agent to work end to end, document it, and map the next two agents you can add yourself.
You leave with: an agent workflow running end to end, and a plan for the next ones.
The guarantee
"Shipped" means an agent workflow running end to end. That can be an agent automation or a deployed v1 of an AI product that runs, scoped to what we agree in call 1, on your tools, doing real work in your business.
Who's building with you
Senior Salesforce consultant by title. Never held a developer title.
MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Distinction). 13+ years of process audits, requirements and systems work.
I run my own routines on agents I built. An agent handles my daily tasks. A pipeline drafts my content to my rules. I build inside tools like GoHighLevel, n8n and Google Workspace by directing coding agents.
I care less about which tool you use and more about whether the work actually gets done right.
Fit check
Straight answers
Ask the awkward ones. I'll answer straight, including the limits.
You won't be learning AI for its own sake. You'll spend three calls on one agent for your business, and you'll leave with it running.
That's part of the build. We use your past emails, proposals or notes so the output matches how you write, and you approve anything customer-facing.
You'll have the rulebook, the recordings and access to AI Operator OS on Skool. You'll know how it works because you built it with me.
No. Solo owners and small teams both work. If more of the business runs through you, there's more to hand to an agent.
Sessions are extended free until your agent ships.
A claude.ai account, the Claude desktop app, and VS Code installed. We finish the coding-agent setup together on the call.
