Sound familiar?
You've heard it a hundred times: AI won't replace you, a person using AI will. The good news is that person can be you.
AI agents are starting to show up at work, and you'd like to be the one who has actually built one.
Review season comes around and you can't remember half of what you did this year.
You do good work, but the people who decide your next step don't always see it.
If you're looking, every application eats an evening. Rewrite the resume. Rewrite the cover letter. Research the company. Prep for the interview. Then do it all again.
You've watched the agent videos and maybe a free webinar or two. Maybe you bought a course and didn't finish it.
When someone asks, "What have you built with AI?", the honest answer is "nothing yet."
The proof
The fastest way to get good at AI agents is to build one for work you already understand.
You don't need to be a tech person. You need a job you know well, and someone to help you turn part of it into an agent.
A certificate says you studied. A working agent is proof.
Real problems
When you build a real agent, you hit real problems. It ignores instructions. A step breaks. It forgets context.
Solving those is how you learn this, and it's what you end up talking about in a review or an interview.
My path went from engineering to sales to Salesforce consulting to building with AI. I was laid off in early 2024. What carried me forward was what I could show, not what I had studied.
I can't promise you a promotion or an offer. Nobody honest can. What we can build is an agent that takes the repetitive career work off your plate, and a real build you can stand behind.
How we work
I've spent 13+ years mapping how work actually gets done before changing it.
So we start there. We map one part of your career work: your job search, your content, your review prep or your weekly updates. The steps, the inputs, the decisions, the output.
Then we give your agent a job description. What it does, which tools it uses, and where you stay in charge. Nothing goes to a recruiter, your manager or LinkedIn until you approve it.
On Session 1 we also set up the Claude Code / coding agent stack in VS Code that builds your career agent. Each folder is one project.
You direct the agent. You check its work. Then we ship it.
The difference
Free webinars are a good way to hear about agents and get a roadmap. You leave with notes and a list of things to try.
The Sprint is built the other way round. Three private calls on your screen. You leave with a finished agent built for your own job or your own job search, running end to end, and you can show how it works.
Examples
Each Sprint ships ONE agent. You pick it in call 1.
What's included
One Sprint. Clear deliverables. Nothing padded.
Included
These come with your Sprint. They are not sold separately.
How it works
Diagnose, build, ship. Same three calls every Sprint.
Week 1: Diagnose and pick
We look at where you want to go next, pick the one agent worth building, set up your Claude Code / coding agent stack in VS Code, and write the rules it works by.
You leave with: a written scope, a ready stack, and your agent's rulebook.
Between calls: you keep working on your own agent.
Week 2: Build together
We build your agent live on your screen. You drive. I guide.
You leave with: a working v1 of your agent.
Between calls: you keep running it on real career work or real applications.
Week 3: Ship and extend
We put your agent to work end to end, document how it works so you can explain it, and map the next two agents you'll build on your own.
You leave with: an agent workflow running end to end, a write-up you can share, and a plan.
The guarantee
"Shipped" means an agent workflow running end to end. That can be an agent automation or a deployed v1 of an AI product that runs, scoped to what we agree in call 1, on your setup, doing a real task for your career or your job search.
Who's building with you
Senior Salesforce consultant by title. Never held a developer title.
MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (Distinction). 13+ years mapping how work gets done.
I use AI agents at work, on the side and in my own routines. I built the agent that runs my daily briefing and the pipeline that drafts my content by directing coding agents, not by writing code.
I'll help you build an agent you can stand behind.
Fit check
Straight answers
Ask the awkward ones. I'll answer straight, including the limits.
I can't promise that, and I won't. You will have an agent doing real career work for you, one build you understand end to end, and a clear way to talk about it.
It finds, tracks and drafts. You review and send. Anything that goes to a recruiter or an employer goes through you first.
Yes. If you can describe how a task gets done, you can direct an agent to do it. Mapping the work is the hard part, and I've done that for 13+ years.
A claude.ai account, the Claude desktop app, and VS Code installed. We finish the coding-agent setup together on the call.
Sessions are extended free until your agent ships.
Neither. Three private calls. Your screen. Your agent. Bonus: access to AI Operator OS on Skool. The Sprint itself is 1:1.
